About Star

My name is Star and I'm a 26 pound bundle of joy and activity! I am about a year old, and seem to be a Min Pin/ Chihuahua mix, who is a super sweet girl. I am very curious and like to explore my surroundings. In my previous home I didn't like to share my things or my people, but here at the shelter I love to go out in play groups with small dogs! In my new home, if there are any other dogs I may need to work on my resource guarding. I'm a little shy at first, but curiosity overcomes in the end! I like to play with toys and other dogs. Please bring any dogs living in the home to meet with me before adoption, the staff wants to make sure that any canine companions in the home can match my energy! I am house broken, and ride well in the car. Star is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. Her adoption comes with 30 days of complementary pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. Her adoption fee is $300. Come to our location at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open Tues-Sunday 11am to 6pm. On weekends, give us a call for the dogs location as we have off site adoption events that some of our dogs attend, 602-944-2440.
