This dog is at the Selina Quintanilla Perez Park 6402 Market St, Houston TX 77020. He is on Hanke st. Someone who lives across the street said this dog is been at the park for at least 4 months. I tried to take him to a shelter myself but the dog did't get in my car. I've been feeding the dog Monday - Friday during my lunch ftom work. He is not agressive but she wouldn't let me get too close, she is afraid. Please someone help her,I already have 4 dogs at home I can't have another one.
