Courtesy Posting: ADORABLE OLLIE URGENTLY NEEDS A GREAT HOME !!! PHOENIX, ARIZONA --- X URGENT- FOUND CHOW/LAB RETR X, OWNER NEVER CAME, WAS TO BE TAKEN TO SHELTER. We were contacted by rescuers in AZ to alert us that an adorable and friendly chow LABRADOR retriever looking mix who appears healthy and in good condition, was found in central Phoenix with no tags or chip. Now named Ollie, the finder already reported him to Animal Control, but his owner never showed up to reclaim him, and his stray hold is now legally up- so we have since involved a rescue who got him vetted and neutered. His finder/temp foster says, 'I would describe him as very loyal, very cuddly, and communicative. Traits: loves going on walks, knows to sit for treats and really good at catching treats when tossed.' The finder says he has been friendly with his smaller dogs, although should be separated at feedings. Ollie appears to be potty trained. Unfortunately, the finder cannot keep him much longer. We are now trying to assist the rescue AZ Paws and Claws to find him a loving, permanent home. Please contact [email protected] for further info.
