About Joel

[Read About Natural Seizure Care] Meet Joel. He was an owner surrender to our rescue . He has been with us for a few years now with no luck due to his seizures . Joel is an amazing dog , he loves to run around the yard and loves to play chase. He doesn't play with toys or children he is a very easy doggie , no need for walks , naps most of the day ( Total Lap dog ) . He also doesn't like to be carried but will sit next to you when he wants too. He is special in many ways . His owners wanted to dump him at a high kill shelter and we didn't allow that. At the moment Joel is kept in a special diet, and meds that cost $30 a month to avoid seizures . Rather than that Joel deserves a good loving home . A human that will understand him , someone that will accept him as he is and someone that will understand that seizures is not a disease and can be controlled . Joel is Special in his own way. He is not a barker at all. He loves to be outdoors . Please consider Joel . This little Angel is an adorable doggie and will love a home with a huge beautiful yard . Home checks will be required due to his safety .
