About Trixy

Trixy is a 2 year old beagle mix who lived most of her life in a crate on a porch. Because of this she hasn't experienced much life beyond the bars of her crate. Being inside a home for her is like being on another planet. This precious girl is extremely sweet and loving in spite of her past. She is learning how to play with toys and will amuse herself throwing and chasing balls. Trixy is spayed, fully vetted, utd with shots, and micro chipped. She is on the 'slow kill' HW treatment. Although she is dog friendly she would probably be best as an only dog as she adjusts to life as a real dog. Most importantly, she needs a person in her life who is kind and patient with her as she blossoms.
