Between his sultry brown eyes , his fluffy black coat and his soft wispy ears this 3-4 year old, 75-pound Collie/retriever mix sure takes the prize in the looks department! But wait, there's more! Frankie is housebroken, dog friendly, passive with cats, and walks well on a leash. He is a mellow fellow who isn't exactly looking to paint the town or go trekking for hours in the wilderness. Rather, Frankie prefers the comfort of his own home and enjoys being close to the one(s) he loves. He likes going for walks in the 'hood , playing with other dogs, riding shotgun in the car while you run your errands, and taking long naps on the couch. As long as he can see where you are, he's a happy guy! Frankie is somewhat tentative around unfamiliar humans, but once he feels secure, he offers a unique gift: The experience of watching him open up like a blossoming flower. His love is pure and true, and once he trusts, he's ALL heart. Frankie's idea of heaven would be a home to call his own and a human who will give him the love and life he deserves.
