What a wonderful boy Mr. Rio is!! This guy has never let his disability slow him down OR bring him down. He can run with the big dogs (if his foster mom lets him) and he's always such a happy social guy. Rio was diagnosed with spinal arachnoid diverticulum in the neck earlier this year. This causes him to have severe balance issues. As cute as it can be and adds to his personality, it needs to be watched and as he loses control of himself. Rio is great with other dogs and children. He's quite the social bug.He is house broke, kennel trained for the most part, loves car rides and treats. Rio has been through a lot and would really like to find himself a family of his own.
