About Astro

Hi everyone. My name really is Astro but my home nurse gets it wrong sometimes. So I am Apollo Astro. I had a serious surgery, my spleen was removed and lots and lots and lots of scar tissue removed from my tummy. I bloated but my surgeon said I was not a candidate for stomach tack. I was sad and scared right after surgery but my nurse says I am doing really well now. I am back to eating good quality kibble, a salmon formula with no corn or wheat and I am really getting my happy on. Sometimes I play by myself. Sometimes I visit with friends, young and old, two legged or four legged. I am afraid of loud noises and metal clanging at first. I would never show aggression to any one or any dog. I am a love bug, 5 years old or so in need of my very own family. I know I am not a prize, but if you let me, I will love you forever. I have already lost my home of 4 years to a disaster so please consider me for a forever spot in your home.
