About Rizzo

Rizzo is a true companion pet. He is lovable, and loves to be loved. He is a mixed breed - terrier/'deer head' chihuahua. He is an adult, but still enjoys life like a puppy. He gets the 'zoomies' whenever he sees his leash pulled from the drawer for a walk. He can be a lap dog, or sit quietly in his bed. He is a good alert dog, but he is smart enough to differentiate his owner from a stranger. My husband and I recently had an infant son, and the demands of raising a child are creating a lonely environment for Rizzo. We haven't had time to walk him properly, continue his training, or spend adequate time with him. As a result, he is lonely and bored. We decided that it isn't fair to Rizzo to keep him during this time in our lives, and are searching for someone to treat him in the manner he deserves. We are truly sad to lose him, but we know it's best for him. We're certain that he will bring joy and entertainment to anyone who accepts him into their home.
