About Whimsey

Whimsey is a 2 year old, 15 pound Chihuahua mix (possibly Min-Pin too). We rescued her from a high kill shelter in Abilene, Texas. She is up to date on her shots, crate trained and is spayed. From what we know about her past, it couldn't have been good. She even came to us with a staple embedded in her back! The staple is now out since she came to us. Whimsey will require some patience because of her past. It takes her a few days to trust you. Once she trusts you, she'll love you. She likes to dance and bounce up and down when asked to. She can entertain herself for a long time with her favorite toys...which is hysterical to watch! She can be a bit protective of her toys until she gets to know you. Are you looking for a special gal with the greatest ears? Then Whimsey is the girl for you! Whimsey needs to be the only dog in the household.
