About Gimli

We need help finding a new, loving home for our 11 year old Schnoodle, Gimli. Why? Well, our daughter was born 16 months ago and despite careful interactions and introduction, we have come to accept that he is not the right fit for a family. We are heartbroken and have contacted dozens of resources in the past few days but haven't had any luck . We are searching for a private adoption, temporary to long term foster, or other amenable solution. He is a sweet, crate-trained, couch/bed/ snuggle pup who is super affectionate and doesn't want to share his people with small creatures ( ie. He is not a good with kids, picky about other dogs, may be okay with Cats, but I'd not recommend it) True to his breed, he is smart and stubborn. He makes questionable choices on what to eat given the opportunity and has a sensitive stomach. He can be very loud and doesn't like to be separated from the pack. We are looking to place him in the best possible environment, a single person or couple in a low stress household. He is a very affectionate and loving pup with very specific dietary & stress Management needs.
