SCHEDULED TO BE EUTHANIZED Hi, my name is NIGEL - ID#A4323252. I am a neutered male, white and brindle American Pit Bull Terrier mix, and I weigh about 49 lbs. The shelter staff think I am about 7 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Oct 04, 2019. Spunky Senior Nigel is At Risk and could really use some help leaving the Shelter safely. Nigel came in as a stray out of Phoenix, and his owners never came for him, so he is patiently waiting for his new forever family to see him and fall in love. He is listed by the Shelter as a 7 year old Pitty Mix, now neutered, but did not have a microchip or collar at Intake. He is only about 49 lbs and always appreciative to have some yummy snacks & attention when I stop to greet him. He is currently under the weather with a doggie cold that he can't seem to kick in the stressful shelter environment. He has started his 2nd antibiotic and needs to have his cold resolved by his next re-check or he 'will be placed on the E-list' :( His doggy evaluation notes indicate he had a soft entrance to the yard, greeted appropriately, and was social but 'sexually motivated' throughout his time in the yard. As always introductions at the Shelter with current doggy family members are highly recommended as long as your doggy family members are current on vaccinations!
