Goofy was an evidence dog after he was surrendered to the shelter in horrible condition. He had foxtails in both ear and they shaved him down because he was matted. The weight of the hair that they shaved off was 1.4 lbs. He's very outgoing with a strong personality. He needs a little bit of time to warm up to people but once he trusts you, he will be your best friend.
