About Chaco (west)

Hi, my name is CHACO ID# A4152641. I am a neutered male, red and white American Staffordshire Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 5 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Oct 01, 2019. This ruggedly handsome hunk of dog is a diamond in the rough. Chaco likes people, and walks well on a leash. We never know when a stray is brought in what his previous life has been like. Chaco is quite selective about his dog friends, so if you already have a dog, they should meet before taking Chaco home with you. He does need some socialization skills, but is smart and obedient. Chaco would make a great wallking or hiking companion. Since he has been at the shelter almost a month, he is at risk to be euthanized very soon.
