Email [email protected] for more info. Hi there! My name is Kodiak but my friends call me Kodi for short. I'm a beautiful 2-year old, 90-pound Great Dane/Lab mix located in Gloucester, MA. I'm healthy, neutered, and microchipped. Since I'm smart and love to please, I've learned many things in my training classes, so I'm looking for someone to continue my skill set. I love to show off my tricks, especially if there's food involved. Mmmm! When you're off earning money to buy me treats, don't worry because I'm crate and potty trained, and don't chew on things. When you come home from a crazy day at work, I'll greet you with lots of love and cuddles. You'll notice in my photos and video that I'm featured with my favorite ball toys. I love my balls (get your mind out of the gutter) so much but I'll need direction on how to give them back properly for fetch and playtime. So don't take it personally if I don't want to share at first. Though recently adopted, it turns out I don't get along with the cats here and don't do well with the activity of this multi-family house. I am working hard on being more polite and less vocal. It's a lot more fun being my playful, snuggly self. Just like you, I'm a dog lover. I enjoy hanging out with fellow dog friends, big or small, and do well at the dog park. An experienced dog owner will to move slowly with a new dog (that would be me!) joins another dog already living in the home. I would love a buddy, but let us take our time with your direction and guidance. Also, no children under 14, cats, or other small animals. Truth be told, I'm a ladies man (wink wink). I can be people selective, especially with men, but once I get comfortable with new people and places I'm a big love! I just need a handler who'll give me guidance when meeting two-leggers and allow me to be the first to greet them. By now you see that my ideal home includes a nice lady who understand people selectiveness and a need for ongoing training, as well as a quiet place with a fenced-in yard.
