About Hickory

Hickory was taken in after weeks of being on the street. He had no collar and was very shy around people. He warmed up to me after leaving him water on very hot days. I took him in with the intention of keeping him, but he has the ability to escape a kennel and seems to have separation anxiety (re: destroys things left out, so far does not chew on furniture). I'm currently working too much overtime to dedicate the energy and time he needs to fully house train. He sits on command, will wait to approach food bowl until told to 'Eat', does not pull on leash, very affectionate when he warms up to you.
