Teddy is a male Pomeranian that has been crated his whole life. My friend received him from a friend who could no longer take care of him and was moving to another state. He is very hyper and is not good with other animals. She has 3 other dogs but took Teddy in because her friend did not know what to do. Now knowing that her house hold is no place for this dog she is very stressed out and does not know what to do. Can someone please help?
