About Jasper

Beautiful sweet baby boy! Jasper is the sweetest cutest most affectionate beagle dog I've ever seen. Age is 1yr old. At 4 months old I rescued him from a hunter in WV that kept him out in the cold 24 hours a day and could no longer afford to care for him when his wife lost her job. Already had a female who I thought could benefit from a companion, but it's just the opposite; she does not like company. He is much more playful than she and has been very agitated by him. He loves to play fetch. A securely fenced yard is a must. He's used to being crated while I'm at work for up to 7 hours, and a dog walker comes in if I will be longer. He loves all people and very good with children. He is purebred AKC but original owner did not mail me papers. Never had fleas or heartworm because has always been on a monthly pill for each. Adoption includes: crate, microchip, has been neutered, Vaccinated for rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella and Lyme, plus insurance coverage until mid-January 2020 with Banfield Wellness Plan which I highly recommend.
