About Dutchess

** Please come meet me at our next adoption event on Saturday, December 14 from 10 am - 1 pm at Rural King in Elyria, 430 Oberlin Road. If you are possibly interested in taking home your new best friend that day, please complete an adoption application for approval by Thursday, December 12, and we will try our best to have it processed by Saturday.** Dutchess came into the rescue after she was surrendered by her owners because they could not afford the necessary treatment to save her life for the Parvo she contracted. She is almost 7 months old, born March 24. She has completed treatment and is doing wonderful. She has a lot of energy and could wear out the Energizer Bunny. Her favorite things to do are running, chasing tennis balls, and snuggling. Dutchess is really good at only going potty outside and loves night night time in her crate. But beware...nap time usually requires the lap of a human. She falls asleep fast when given the chance to lie in the lap of her humans. Occasionally she will beg to go for a ride in the car which she loves, especially if it includes a stop at Starbucks for a pup cup.
