About Marshmallow

Beagle mix
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Male

Meet Marshmallow Beagle Mix Approx. 12 weeks Marshmallow's name fits him perfectly as he is the sweetest puppy you will ever meet. He's currently about 12 lbs and will end up being medium sized when full grown. Marshmallow was recently brought to Illinois with his sister Dolly. He is doing awesome with house training and as long as he's consistently let out. Marshmallow is almost fully crate trained and never has accidents at night, he is also doing a great job of sleeping through the night, but lets his foster know when he hears them wake up through the sweetest little howl. Marshmallow is pretty laid back for a puppy, and loves a good belly rub. Marshmallow is good with all other animals, he gets a little intimidated by larger dogs so would do good with a dog who is also pretty laid back or another dog closer to his size. He gets along just fine with cats and is very respectful of his foster's horses. Marshmallow loves to be around people but will go outside and explore his foster's farm with his sister, but comes back as soon as whistle for him. Marshmallow would make an awesome addition to any family that wants a sweet and fun little puppy! Illinois law requires that all of our dogs and puppies be spay/neutered within 30 days of adoption. In order to fully comply with this regulation and reduce the number of homeless dogs and puppies, we do not permit out of state adoptions of unaltered dogs or puppies. Puppies have special needs and require a home where there will be someone available to care for, socialize, and train them during the day. If your family is away from the home for several hours at a time, please consider adopting a 'teen' or adult dog. Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping. We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Please email [email protected] for an application or additional details. Please note that the breeds and sizes posted in this biography are educated best guesses and are not guaranteed.
