#A4809183 Buddy is a handsome 5-year-old black and tan male German Shepherd who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as an owner surrender (with A4809163 Golondrina) on September 4th for unknown reasons. Weighing 67 lbs, Buddy has a thick lush coat with a beautiful full tail and once he's had a bath he will be absolutely gorgeous. Buddy has big alert ears and wants to explore everything around him so he gets a bit distracted in the yard. He needs some work on leash but is controllable. This smart guy needs someone to dedicate some time to training, with a little TLC he is likely to quickly learn all the basics and more. Until he's had more training, Buddy is required to be in an adult's only home where any other dogs are calm females. We think he has potential to be a loyal and loving companion once he's given a chance to bond and relax knowing he's a valued indoor dog.
