#A5308730 Chipps is an 8-year-old cream neutered male Chihuahua who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as an owner surrender on September 4th. This poor little boy has been quarantined for a bite and he should have been released by now. Chipps is an adorable little 8 pounds pup, but he needs our help to get him safely out of the shelter. Village, let's get to work and save this little misunderstood senior.
