About Jax and Oppie

Meet brothers Jax and Oppie! Bonded since birth, these two ended up in a very high kill shelter. Oppie is a Shepherd/Aussie/Husky mix. Jax is a Aussie/cattle dog mix. Oppie weighs 55lbs and Jax weighs 85lbs. Jax and Oppie are on the hunt to find a furever home together! Oppie is completely deaf and depends on his brother Jax to be his ears. Although Oppie is deaf, he is very smart and observant. He reads body language and hand signals. He is so full of life and energy. He is shy until he learns he can trust you. Once he sees his brother Jax interacting with someone, he will join in. Oppie is good with older kids and other older relaxed dogs. He is always smiling and very affectionate. He is housebroken. Oppie would strive best in a furever home with his brother Jax. Jax is very outgoing, he loves everyone he meets! He walks good in a harness and is very friendly. He is a super excited guy. He listens well and follows basic commands. Jax is good with the pups and dogs in his foster home. He is housebroken and loves his daily walk.
