About Percy

Meet Percy, a 1-5 year old, male, Husky mix, who is currently on the list to be euthanized, at the high kill, SEAACA shelter, in Downey, CA, simply because the shelter is full. There is a rescue who is willing to save Percy's life but they cannot do it without a foster (temporary home) and or adopter (permanent home). Fostering is free as the rescue provides all of the necessities while the dog is in foster care including paying for medical expenses, food and grooming.
