About Sheba

Sheba is a sweet and sad girl whose owner abandoned her at a kill shelter. Even though Sheba's general condition suggests that her owner did not take good care of her, she still whimpered and cried after being abandoned. Poor Sheba deserves a seconds chance, but she is at an overcrowded city shelter where her chances of getting out are slim. Sheba needs a foster or adoptive family to leave the shelter.
