About Hennesey

Hennesy is the perfect package. She is an adorable red coated little girl about 2 yrs old in great health and fully vetted. very puppy like She is a 'petite' mini pit bull approximately 40 pounds and is full of joyful and playful energy, but settles very nicely in the home and is also very well behaved in the home as well as crate trained. She is housebroken Her favorite activities are playing tug with you or another dog and playing fetch. Because she has a bit of extra energy she would do best with a fenced yard or a large green space where she can run Around with other dogs or chase a ball or Frisbee. She would also be a wonderful jogging or walking partner- she can be playful with dogs at the park but we do not know how she would be living with another dog- a very respectful submissive dog could certainly work, but a meeting first is a must- then we offer a 2 week trial to make sure the dogs are compatible She is currently being fostered in Stamford Connecticut with several other dogs that she does well with we have not had her around small children, but do feel she would be a great family pet for an active family with kids 10 and up - please apply at pitstopny.org
