About Tia

Tia was living in a crate in a vehicle for 30 days along with 3 other dogs before she was surrendered to Wenatchee Humane Society in late August. She is initially shy around new people but is very food motivated. She fully warmed up to me after 2-3 days in my home. They estimated her age to be around 8yo, but having owned labs before, she is more energetic than I was anticipating, and needs a large yard to run around in or a more active situation. She LOVES playing with dogs her size regardless of age and needs that along with a large fenced yard. She is completely housebroken; sits by the door when she needs to go. She sits on command. She is very sweet, loving and goofy once she gets to know you. She has also done well with my small (14lb) dog.
