About Buster

Buster is a 9 yr old, under 20 pound, male Jack Russel/chihuahua mix. He's house trained, great on leash, healthy. He's good with kids & dogs. We are guessing he's good with cats as well. Buster was pulled by a former neighbor after Animal Control took him away from some terrible people that were not treating him right. We were told the former 'owners' had recently brought home a baby and resulted in Buster not being properly cared for. The neighbor felt bad for him, knowing he was a great dog. They were not in a position to keep him but they held on to him until they found a rescue. They contacted Hope For Paws who got him fully vetted & a much needed dental. Then he came to us for fostering and adoption. Team work! Buster is an easy dog, very well mannered & calm. He's available to a fabulous home! We are a 501c3 non-profit organization.��%BD%A0 Adoption process includes an adoption contract and home check.��%BD%A0 Adoption fee for dogs is $350 - 550 and for cats is $175.��%BD%A0 All of our animals are fixed, vaccinated, and chipped.
