About Maui

Maui was taken in by a rescue and was being kept in a boarding facility until a foster was found for her, unfortunately the rescue was shut down before they found her a foster or home. She has now been living at the boarding facility for a year with no hope, they are running out of room at the facility and need her to be placed elsewhere or she risks being euthanized. Maui is such a sweet girl once she gets to know you, she is very timid around new people but warms up quickly with cuddles and treats. Once she trusts you she will want to cuddle as much as possible! She loves getting belly rubs and sitting on your lap! Maui does not do well with other pets, she has been seen playing with dogs along a fence but does not do well without a barrier. We are unsure if this could be corrected with training. We have not seen her around kids so suggest no children be in Maui's future home. Maui desperately needs a loving home where she is the only pet and can shower her owners with love every day. Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested in meeting Maui
