About TOURMALINE

Meet TOURMALINE! Thanks to a Bristol Animal Control volunteer and a fellow rescue group who alerted us about this special girl. She had been at Bristol Animal Control for too long...and deserved a chance to come out and shine! As soon as she hopped into the car, she took a big sigh of relief and just melted into the quietness. Peace and quiet for this girl was long overdue...and she soaked in every bit of it. She was a dream to groom, was so calm during her warm soapy bath...and didn't even flitch for the loud dryer. Perfect for her nail trim, too! When she was all cleaned up, she even pawed at the back door to alert us that she needed to go outside for a potty break. Smart girl! TOURMALINE is about 3 years old, about 40 lbs. and looks like a petite Plott Hound/Lab/Pit mix. She has already proven to be excellent with other dogs and kids!
