About Pearl in San Antonio

Sweet Pearl is about 4 years old. The first 4 years of her life were not worth living, but her indomitable spirit carried her through. She was a stray that had been turned into Animal Control. She was in horrific condition, but is now healthy. She does have some vision loss due to a dry eye condition that was never treated. She will need drops in that eye. Several of her teeth had to be pulled as well. Pearl absolutely loves life! She runs around in the yard. Plays with the other dogs. Enjoys treats and her dinner. Loves to be loved on. Walks well on a leash. Sleeps in her crate and is house trained. Pearl tuned out to be a frisky, smart, perky, funny, very engaging little dog and she deserves to be loved and pampered for the rest of her life. She will need a securely fenced yard. A home visit and a good vet reference are mandatory to adopt her. Pearl requires a home with no cats, no other female dogs and no kids. No crating 8-9 hours a day and no apartments.
