About Darkwing

Darkwing is a wonderful chihuahua who is looking for a home of his own. This boy is just perfect for someone who would like a dog they can walk if they want to, but don't have to every day. Darkwing is content walking at your side or snuggling on your lap. At 5 years old he's already educated on house training, leash walking, and polite behavior. Darkwing is quiet here at the shelter and doesn't bark like the other dogs. Many times you can find him curled up on a dog bed in one of the offices. Darkwing is good with other dogs but does seem to be more comfortable with dogs his own size and that aren't into rough play. Darkwing would be a great dog for apartments, condos, and assisted living because of his calm, quiet, friendly nature. We hope someone will come scoop this sweet boy up and love him forever.
