Elsa has been reflecting on her stray dog life, and she's ready to: LET IT GOOOOO, LET IT GOOOOO! This snow queen is ready to be snuggled up on someone's couch just in time for the winter months (although the cold never bothered her anyway). Elsa is a roughly 3-4 year old, 60ish pound mix. After spending a couple of weeks at ACCT in Philly, she is now residing with us until her forever comes along. Elsa has been doing well with other dogs, and can be cat tested upon request!
