** LAP DOG ALERT !! ** Perfect Apartment size dog! 'ROCCO' is a very handsome, 2 to 3 yr old, 34 lb. Black Mouth Cur/Lab mix male whom we rescued from a very high kill dog pound. Such a CUTE boy ! Incredibly sweet. affectionate & loving. Loves to snuggle. He has a happy, effervescent personality with sparkling,engaging eyes. A very fun, smart & special boy. Rocco gets along tremendously with other gentle disposition dogs, both males & females. He LOVES to have buddies to play with ! Rocco has never been cat-tested nor has he been around very young children. Rocco would make a terrific canine buddy for an equally kind natured & fun dog of similar size. Rocco has been neutered, de-wormed, micro-chipped, is current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. This rescue does not administer it's own vaccination shots. All of our rescued dogs' medical care has been administered by a licensed Veterinarian. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
