About Cheyenne

Cheyenne is a healthy pure bred red merle Australian Shepherd with her gorgeous tail in tact! One light blue eye and one light brown eye. She just turned 5 years old on August 15th. We bought her and her brother from a breeder in Hollywood, CA and have their pure bred papers. We have been doing all we can to keep our dogs but I cannot give them the attention they deserve! I am trying not to be selfish and find them better parents. With two active young sons not in school, I am not able to be a good dog mom! I am looking for a home for them that will allow us to visit occasionally. Cheyenne does need some socialization with other dogs if she is to be around other dogs besides her brother, she can be anxious and dominant so I would avoid other dogs unless sure. We will try to adopt them out together but will consider not. She is great with children unless they are toddlers pulling on his hair a lot, like most dogs.She did well with my cat a few years ago. She demands attention. She will bark for attention to be pet. She is adaptable and loving. She had an ovary sparing spay as suggested by the breeder but I plan on getting her ovaries removed before adopting her or her future parents doing the spay.I need to make sure she goes to a good family that can provide for her.
