About Summer

Summer (A129029) is a gorgeous petite German Shepherd who is taking applications for a permanent belly-scratcher! This little girl is a true diva ����. She won't roll over for just anyone. You will need to earn her love and affection with treats and kind words. Once that happens, she will follow you around faithfully and lay by your side. If you're lucky, she will even show you her windmill tail (see video below for proof)! Her tail goes in all the directions, especially when she is very excited ����. Her evening routine consists of dinner, a short walk and a few episodes of television. While you're watching TV, she will helpfully roll over on her back for her daily belly scratches. She prefers her humans to be able to multitask. She insists that her human has one hand on her belly for scratches while the other hand is massaging her paws. She loves to be helpful! She will clean your floors by getting all the scraps and crumbles that fall off the plate. She will even bring her food bowl to you if she thinks you've forgotten her meal (even if you disagree). She will also lay by the front door when it's time for her to go outside. Summer is estimated to be 6 years old, though she acts like a young adult. She isn't just a sweet and affectionate girl. She will also fiercely protect your yard from squirrelly intruders. She is potty trained and crate trained and learning basic commands.
