About Rusty

Silly Rusty!! This 17lb, 1ish yr old boy is always up to something! He is so shy when he first meets new folks, and takes at least a day or two before he starts to opens up. You'd never know he's a very silly, energetic pup that if he could, he'd spend his day running, playing with other dogs and exploring this big world! Because it takes him a few days to fully warm up to his new people, he must have a patient, encouraging, shy dog experienced home! He absolutely loves other dogs so another smallish to medium, playful dog that will help build his confidence is also required. Rusty is not much of a barker so if he has a little training, he could learn to be an office dog companion. He is fully crate trained but he needs a few more reminders and then he'll be fully house trained, too. Because Rusty is a young boy, he should not be home for more than 5-6hr intervals. He must have a fenced yard and kids must be over 12 yrs old.
