About Rocky

Hello my name is Rocky. I was surrendered to a high kill shelter in TX along with my mom and this nice lady came to pull us on our last day to live. Our past owner said he didn't have means of taking care of us and it was very scary in there. I finally got to see my mom when we were pulled that day but I was sick with an upper respiratory infection and had to be taken immediately to the vet. My mom is still in boarding in TX and hopefully she will find a foster here soon in NC or an adopter so I can see her again. I am 5 months old and my rescue listed me as a lab mix since the breed my mom is not listed as a choice here. My mom is a Siberian Husky/Dogo Argentino dog and I am white like them but also have some tan spots on my back and have a longer snout like a tan lab. I am a shy little guy and 34 pds. I am a good boy and like to be near you and I am also crate trained. I give lots of tail wags and kisses and want to find a new family that will never dump me at another scary shelter.
