About Marmalade

Marmalade was rescued from a park known for frequent rabbit dumping on September 30, 2019. She has been spayed, treated for fleas and already has good litter box habits. Miss Marmalade is as sweet as jelly! She's super friendly and always wants a head rub as well as a treat! What an agreeable, trusting, docile, good-natured temperament this lucky rabbit has! She is extremely easy to handle and will tooth purr for you indicating she's content! She is one fabulous bunny! The first thing you will notice about Marmalade is her energy! She's a joyful bunny, brimming with love and enthusiasm! One of her favorite activities is running through her tunnel or binkying when she has a freshly cleaned bunny house. She'll run circles around visitors, begging for attention and for any kind of treat. She's about five-and-a-half pounds of huggable heaven, with an angelic personality to match her divine good looks. Her appetite for life is just as large as her appetite for hay and pellets. Marmalade loves everything and everybody! Her gentle, laid-back demeanor makes Marmalade the perfect choice for a companion animal as she thrives on attention and affection. You'll fall in love with Marmalade when you meet her in person. One look at her lustrous orange fur and you'll be hooked. Sit beside her for a snuggle and let her reel you in! Cozy up to winter with her as your new friend. If Marmalade can't be free roaming or live in a room or a section of a room, then an x-pen enclosure or home made DIY wire grid system enclosure is a suitable alternative. A cage/hutch is NOT recommended. One photo is an example of an x-pen enclosure. Marmalade can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore. Or, delivery is also available to the greater Southern California region. The adoption fee is $60 which helps cover the cost of her spay surgery.
