About WILLOW

WILLOW is a 7-year-old female BLUE and CREAM HIMALAYAN. She has her claws and is around 7 and a half pounds. Her white, pale gray and an almost orange cream color fur is very soft and easy too groom. Her bright blue eyes stand out gives her very animated expressions. She is a very sweet kitty who enjoys follows her foster mom around to see what she is doing and as well as just lounging around and taking in the surroundings. She is very shy at first and does take some time to adjust to new environments, people and situations. She is great with her litter box manners and is fully vetted: up to date on vaccinations and spayed. When she wants something she will let you know by singing the song of her people or just chirp to give a friendly hello. She came into rescue when she no longer tolerated the dogs that she shared a home with and goes into attack mode when she encounters them now, so a dog free home is a requirement. Willow does well with other cats and calm older children. Young children may be too much for her as she is very mellow and slow to adjust. She lets her inner kitten side show when playing and always loves a good wand toy however she is more than content to lounge around in a cat tree taking in the sun or under a bed where she can poke her head out and watch the world go by. She is dreaming of settling into her permanent home and will be a very loving and loyal cat once she finds it. She would do best in a somewhat calm and quite home that is willing to give her a lot of love and attention. She wouldn't say no to extra treats either of course.
