About Paddy

Paddy is a 10 year old , 10 pound little red boy looking for a loving forever home. Paddy is a very quiet submissive boy who loves lap time in his foster home in Texas. He is such a sweet guy and he very much would like a home that has time to spend with him. He gets along well with dogs and cats and would be happy in a home with respectful children over the age of 9 years of age. Paddy is house trained, potty pad trained, and is also crate trained! Like all dachshunds he will need to be confident in their environment to have good potty habits. All rescue dogs go thru a period of adjustment so understanding and patience is important Paddy has some vision and hearing loss and due to neglect he is on medication to aid in his bladder control. Paddy would do well in a quiet home with time to give him lots of cuddles and love every day! Sweet Paddy is looking for someone to show him the love he so desperately wants and needs.
