Wesley's AFTER Video Available for Adoption - Wesley (See BEFORE picture posted right before this one) Albemarle, North Carolina This sweet brindle boy was left for dead in a ditch. He was severely emaciated and so weak he could not stand, let alone walk. He was picked up by Davidson County Animal Control weighing ONLY 33 lbs. We have never seen a dog this bad. Even his skull was sunk in. Horrific. But through it all, his tail never stopped wagging. The shelter began fluids, small meals with lots of love. With the help of a foster/transporter and donors, we were able to save him on his last day there. He as fed many small meals each day so he would start putting on weight. When offered food, he ate it like he wouldn't get anymore. Over the past month, he has steadily gained weight and looks way more healthy. He is such a love bug. He absolutely can not get enough attention from humans. And he returns it gratefully. We aren't sure how he is with other dogs or cats. GREAT with KIDS! He rides great, is house/crate trained. He is now neutered, HW Neg, Fully Vaccinated with DH2PP, Bordetella, and Rabies, and Microchipped. ***He has put on 30 lbs so now weight 63 lbs. He looks so good! See for yourself. If you are interested in making him a family member, please know he KNOWS he was saved. He is so very thankful and loving. #wesleymatteredtous #weloveoursupporters #fosterssavelives #adoptdontshop #wesleywantsafamily FSCA Adoption Application: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdJcO2I9-K8FMjB9CNflX9xbOpIRjc0gyxzYtdkRn6zPluovw/viewform
