About MARCY

Poor sweet MARCY, a pretty 5 y/o, 45lb lab pointer mix who lost her dad last year and her mom this year. She lived a happy, laid back life with her people and understandably became depressed and disoriented when left at a high kill shelter. She didn't want to eat or interact with other animals and was set to be killed because no one stepped up to adopt her. Fortunately she was befriended by a volunteer who took her home determined to find her a rescue that would help her find the perfect forever family. Her foster family shares the following: 'MARCY is a sweet, sweet girl. She is a total love bug who loves to cuddle and snuggle with her people. She enjoys naps right beside me on the couch and sitting at my feet when I'm at my desk. She's generally a chilled pup, who enjoys hanging in the back yard taking in the sights and sounds. She likes our walks and is great on a leash. She loves car rides and comes running to me excitedly when she hears my keys jingle. She is smart, eager to please, crate trained, house broken and has good house manners. She will make an awesome and loyal companion.' MARCY is spayed, heart worm negative and up to date on age appropriate vaccines. Adoption fee is $400. Please note that training is highly recommended for all dogs.
