About Malcolm & Kevin

Once upon a time, two young princes lived a sad and fearful life in a broken-down palace. The evil king kept them outside, along with many other royal pups, in a tiny, filthy pen, where they had only each other for warmth and comfort. One day, a group of noble knights rescued them from that bleak existence, and all the royal pups began their journeys toward finding true love. Prince Malcolm, under 2 years old and 20 lbs., swore an oath to protect his 9-month-old 11-lb. brother, Kevin. The pair of Rat Terriers traveled the realm and soon found safe haven together in a cozy cottage in the land of cheese and beer. After just a few days, the princes found a deep sense of love and comfort from the lady of the manor, though they continued to tremble in the presence of her husband. Toward the other dogs in the cottage, Malcolm was mostly indifferent, while little Kevin became more playful and outgoing. Still, Kevin was only happy when his big brother, Malcolm, was present to watch over him and keep him safe. Now that the young princes have learned the ways of the manor-potty affairs must occur outdoors, only toys are for chewing, etc.-the lady of the cottage has deemed them ready to search out a new, nearby home all their own. Malcolm and Kevin will likely always bear the scars (emotional and physical) of their former lives with the evil king. They will need a peaceful manor with a gentle queen, where the pair may continue to learn and grow.
