SAY HELLO TO BABY RUBY! Baby Ruby is am endearing 5 month old cottony white Maltese/Chihuahua girl. Weighing in at just 7 pounds, Baby Ruby is a sweet, gentle and shy girl who surrendered by her owner who could not take care of her. She is meek and quiet but playful and adorable. She would probably do best in a family with older kids or an adult family because of her shyness and small size. We are requiring that Baby Ruby be adopted into a home that has another young, playful small pup for companionship. Puppies require a family that is willing to put in much time to socialize and train them to be the best family member that they can be! Baby Ruby will need a home with a secured fenced yard to romp around in and owners who are not gone more than 5 hours per day. She will need patience and consistent guidance as she learns her house training skills. She is not crate trained, but has been learning to walk on the leash and rides quietly in the car. Baby Ruby is a longer coated breed that will require regular brushing as well as professional grooming every 6 to 8 weeks. Ruby's adoption fee is $350.00 This fee includes her Veterinarian Wellness check while here at the rescue, her spay prior to adoption, all age appropriate vaccinations including rabies and bordatella, de-worming, a pre-adoption professional groom and a microchip with lifetime membership. Baby Ruby will also have a new collar and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality grain free puppy kibble that she has been eating. Her adoption fee also allows us the ability to put funds towards the next little one in need of rescue!
