About Paige

Meet Paige!! This gorgeous border collie/lab mix was surrendered to a kill shelter up in Page,AZ along with her mother & siblings. While her mother was very social (& has since been adopted), Paige is very timid & doesn't seem to have been socialized very well in her young puppyhood. She is doing great, however & is starting to learn humans aren't so bad :) She needs a home with someone who understands fearful dogs & one where she can continue to blossom & be exposed to the world-- new people & environments. She absolutely needs patience & needs someone who understands she may not 'love' you right away. She's scared & it will take time. She will do best with other dogs as she loves to play & they help her be more social. She is 6-9 months old & about 35/40 lbs. She is Dog, cat & child friendly (older, calm kids would be best since she's so scared). She is crate trained & seems to be potty trained as well :) She does not yet understand the leash. Her adoption fee is $200. She is spayed, vaccinated & microchipped. Let us know if you're interested!
