This girl was found over a month ago loose with a rope embedded in her neck and what looked like mange. She has since been vetted and spayed and her wounds has healed. Her hair has grown back as well. No owners were ever located and so now she is looking for a home and her own people to love. She would love to also have a fur sibling. She is still young and very playful. Despite her past she is a very happy go lucky gal. She knows to sit and is working on other manners.
