About AnnaMae Ash

Adoption Fee: $75
Bombay / Burmese
Age: Kitten
Sex: Female

AnnaMae Ash is a beautiful petite chocolate black short hair female approx. 10mo. Her adoption fee is $75. She has been vetted and spayed. She loves people but wants to be the only pet. She was dumped and made her way to a feral cat feeding station. A feeding station is where feral-wild cats are TNR'd - trapped neutered released and fed. Cats form colonies like this because irresponsible people abandon them, tossing them out like trash. They roam to find food then a loving caring concerned citizen starts feeding these starving cats forming a feeding station. They get TNR'd to prevent kittens, ear tipped so others know that these cats are fixed. The cats 'work' for us taking care of the mice, roof rats, scorpions and roaches, but they must be fixed. The 'wild' ones will survive because they are smart enough to elude predators and sick people. The 'tame' ones need to be taken in, they aren't smart. IT IS CRUEL AND INHUMANE TO DUMP A HELPLESS CREATURE. PETS ARE FAMILY. PLEASE GET HELP IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP A PET. MAKE THE EFFORT! IT'S A LIFE! Ash is a little mini panther and a total lap cat. Her kitten years should have been running and playing happy and safe but she lost that having to defend herself and survive in the outside world. She needs to be in a home as the only pet to have her people all to herself. She needs and expects lots of human love and attention and as many kitty treats and she can con you out of. She happily chirps and chats back at you, probably requesting more treats! She has the cutest tiny raspy voice, almost silent. She loves to cuddle but when she has had enough she will tell you. Massage her ears just right and she will drool like an open faucet. Though she is young she is not a real player. Too much time spent on guard, she never learned how to be a kitten. She has shown interest in interactive toys like feather on a stick and shoe lace drag as well as the Fling ama String and the $2 'cat dancer' toys. She loves a tall cat tree sitting in front of the window with the sun rays beaming in and she will expect to share your bed. Below information is for preventative purposes'| Too many male AND female cats are getting the UTI - urinary tract infection and crystals in their urine. It's a blockage, it's painful and if ignored will lead to death. Vets say the hard food is at fault because it does not deliver enough liquids. It's simple to monitor. Just make sure there is at least one good size pee ball in the litter box a day. Kitty fountains are effective to help manage a cats fluids. A diet of good quality canned food pate is better than dry food however there are some dry foods that are pH balanced and help maintain Urinary Tract - UT health like Blue Buffalo, Purina Pro Plan, Purina One UT health, Iams UT health. AVOID FISH! Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment! They need a cat tree, laser lite, inside home ADOPT AnnaMae Ash FOR LIFE! CNPS text 602-332-6615 email [email protected] REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE ADOPTING A PET YOU ARE ADOPTING A FAMILY MEMBER FOR LIFE! THEY ARE NOT THROW AWAY TOYS!
