SuperUrgent.Must leave ASAP to live. Barnacle is a 2 year old boy surrendered due to poor living conditions - he was tied to a fence on the back porch with a bike chain. He didn't have food, water or necessary shelter. As can be seen in the video, he is affectionate, likes to be pet and likes treats. Please save Barnacle's life before it's to late. He's at a shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. He needs an adopter or foster to leave the shelter so his life will be spared. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided.
