About Rodger

Rodger was found as a stray and the family that found him decided to foster him because he was so sweet and they couldn't stand the thought of him on death row. He is thriving in his foster home. He enjoys eating yummy treats but he is not food motivated, he sometimes has to be reminded to eat his food out of his bowl. He loves to take longs walks and has been going on a few walks each day with his foster. He is doing very well on the leash unless he sees a bunny than you may have to remind him to not try to eat the bunny. He gest waterless shampoo massages and brushings from his foster and LOVES them. He has only barked once and that was the second night when his foster came home and he heard the garage door open. When people come to the door he doesn't bark, even when the dogs are barking at him. He thrives on love and affection and needs to be close by at all times. He loves being part of the pack. When new people come to the house it is like he is being reunited with a long lost friend. He has never met a stranger, he loves everyone! This boy is going to make one family very lucky!
